Guided Meditation Session: Begin with a grounding meditation led by Kozen, creating a calming and safe space to unwind and refocus. Attendees will be led through a guided meditation session by an experienced instructor. This session will focus on mindfulness, breathing, and setting intentions for the day ahead.

Body scan to promote relaxation
Visualization practice (setting personal wellness intentions for the event)
Panel Discussion – "The Mind-Body Connection: Mental Health, Nutrition, and Healing": A dynamic panel discussion featuring a clinical therapist, mental health counselor, and certified nutritionist. This interactive session will explore how mental health and nutrition are intricately connected, and how food choices and therapy can play vital roles in overall well-being.
Explore the mental health challenges faced by founders.
Gain practical strategies from seasoned entrepreneurs on maintaining resilience, mental clarity, and personal well-being.
Sound Bath & Relaxation Session: A transformative sound bath experience designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation. This session allows attendees to experience the healing power of sound and vibrations, helping to release stress and anxiety.
Participants will lie on mats or sit comfortably as they are enveloped by soothing sound frequencies (mats will be provided)
